Above ground garden plots

I am a landscape architect working on a site plan for a facility designed
specifically for the elderly.  I want to incorporate an area for gardening
to include raised garden plots.  Can you supply me with any information on
this subject, such as border materials, soil mix, size, drainage, etc.?  I
need this information soon, if possible.  Thank you.
