There is a community garden on Miami Beach. Contact the Miami Beach Botanical Garden for details.
 
Otherwise, the other gardens are poorly functioning or dissolved because lack of interest of gardeners in the inner city. Most people in S. Fl have a little land to have a garden and there seems to be little interest in gardening elsewhere in the county.
