Starting a community garden

Hello,

I was wondering if you might give me some information on starting and
maintaining a community garden.  I am a fundraiser by trade, so money and
resources are not an issue.  I would like to know more about site selection,
set up, and maintenance.  Any information you have would be appreciated.
