If this has been answered I've not received the posting.
Maidenhair Ferns in Cultvation by Christopher Goudey was published by
Lothian Publishing Co. 11 Munro St., Port Melbourne, Australia 3207 in
1985. ISBN 0 85091 175 3.
I hope you can find a copy as it is a very comprehensive work.
