Re: Adiantum venustum

Dear Nancy,
The spores on A. venustum are produced in autumn, at the very end of
the season. Like all Adiantums, the spores are at the edges of the
pinnules, under folded edges. A. pedatum forms spores in summer, also
under folded margins of the pinnules.

where the ferns are up and looking very beautiful in their early
perfection!
