Sorry the plants arrived wilted.  However, the good thing is mint is 
practically indestructible. :-)  It should bounce back pretty quickly.  I don't 
suspect the package got hung up anywhere.  It's pretty far from here to Idaho, and 
sometimes it takes a week to get a letter mailed in Memphis (and that's only 40 
miles away)!  Anyway, enjoy the plants.  Just watch the lemon balm.  It will 
want to take over.
