Thunder and rain does not necessarily accompany a tornado in this area. If 
you hear the 'tornado noise', if I am understanding you, which many refer to as 
a fast moving train upon you, it is to late for cover. We sleep on the 2nd 
floor so would have 2 flights of stairs to the basement.  Where do you take 
cover?
