RE: heat and water

I work on an Air Force base - a test base - so when we get lightning within
a certain distance of the base the weather people put out a warning. If
you're aircrew, civil engineering, or IT it's a good idea to pay attention.
Everyone else gets to look out the windows and figure it out.
