Well my two main issues are:
deet... I am sure it was included in this spray.
My allergy scratch test to determine the most crucial things to avoid asthma
attacks - this was number one on the list.
Veggie gardens- is this chemical
they are using a reason to pitch the veggies still out there?
Neither
question could be answered by 'the town'.

This is regular occurance here. I haven't died yet from it, but
then
our air quality is so bad much of the summer, a little extra crap mixed
in probably doesn't make a difference. I do agree with your position
however- if you don't want to be bitten by a mosquito, then stay inside
or
wear mosquito repellent.
