Re: Happy Birthday Kitty!

Thanks to all of you for your good wishes. I'm feeling old today after preparing, working, and cleaning up 2 big plant sales. Both were successful, but age is catching up with me. Only 2 hours sleep the night b4 the sales, so I went to bed early last night and woke up late (the boys actually let me sleep in an extra hour!) I'm rested now, but I find that, after all that bending over and lugging plants, I'm having a little difficulty straightening out when I stand up. Nothing serious, mind you, just feeling creaky.

Yes, of course the bd fairy always sends special secret gifts. Unfortunately, this year it came with another nagging reminder that AARP wants to get their claws into me ;+)
I got 2 hrs sleep last night thengot up to get ready for the sale.We closed it at 1:30 so my sister & I could go to lunch. When I got back I cleaned it up, more or less - got all the plants off the sidewalk area & into my driveway. Just checking my email now and then it is off to take down all the garage sale banners and signs around the nearby intersections. I should finish that in time to get to the MG plant sale at 6pm. I should be outa there by 9. Then I'm gonna rest my dogs - on a cat. ;+)
