I'll be down in TX this weekend again and my sister wants to do a garage sale, but thankfully, she does the informal kind of garage sale. Drag everything out in the driveway, have boxes for clothes with a price on the outside of the box and just take reasonable offers for anything else. No cleaning or pricing- just take it or leave it. Yeah! I drug a bunch of stuff out to the curb to donate to UCP this afternoon. Eventually i may actually reclaim the other half of my garage!

Actually
I was just looking at my calendar and realized why I don't get anything done
at home.  Next weekend is labor day- the end of summer, sigh.  Of course that
weekend will be packed with family and friends things to do...

the following
weekend Vera wants to do a garage sale since it is town wide.  I read Kitty's
message and thought- she has a point, thinking I am going to disappoint Vera
and take a pass. (since I have no time to clean and price stuff), since I am
still working 10-12 hour days M-F)

After that it is a quick convention trip
to PA...... home for a week, then family obligations to attend, then off to
Vegas, home for a weekend and back on the road..... oops, now it Thanksgiving.
Just don't know where the time goes too....I haven't even used one day of my
vacation yet....... sigh. the year is almost over.

And I wonder why I am
stressed all the time.....and never get anything at home done!

housecleaning. :-) This backfires a little at 5:30
in the morning when neither
of us has anything to wear to work, but hey,
no one has to dress real formal
here.
It doesn't seem to me that I really get that much done, to tell the
truth. Sometimes yes but usually no. This weekend in particular I feel
like I
was practically the essence of sloth. I didn't get up Saturday
until 7:30!!
I
spent an awful lot of time on the computer or reading when I could
have fired
up the BBQ and roasted peppers (they're still on my counter),
or weeded, or
cleaned the greenhouse, or worked with my horse, etc etc
etc.
