Boy you're right there.  Ever have it wrapped around a nice ripe melon?  Salty
and sweet food for the god's.  My one regret about not living back east is that
we don't have deli's like you folks have.  My grandfather used to get real goose
liver and made his own pates.  Man, nothing like it.  I try with what's
available here but it pales in comparison.

I thought you didn't eat animals with belly buttons?  Last I checked chickens
doesn't have a belly button.  Kinda sounds like cannibalism
