Bonnie, your anecdote should be on every MBA oral exam: "You're just married and living in a rental unit in Orangeburg, SC. It freezes. The water in the toilet bowl freezes. The landlord says the low temperature is unusual and the toilet bowl will thaw out in a couple of days. What would you do?" Priceless.
