Thanks for that info Gene. The fact is, I don't have experience at working
in a nursery. This is one reason I'd settle for less money - so I could
learn something. So, no, I don't have a "my way" to insist on! My main
concern is whether I am up to the task - and whether they'd think so. I'm
51. I've worked a desk job for the last 16 years. I wonder if I'm capable
of all the grunt work I expect I'd get. But I think if they do turn out to
be willing to give me the chance, it would bolster my own thoughts on
whether I can do it. We'll see. Thanks.
