For heartworm, you can also use that Revolution (the once a month on the
back of the head stuff). It takes care of fleas, ticks, heartworm,
intestinal worms, even ear mites. So instead of having half a dozen things
to give them, it's a once a month deal for everything. Sugar does very well
on it. And since I started giving her the animal bits from Gardens Alive,
it's got just enough garlic in it that the skeeters don't bother her as much
any more. I don't know if cats can get West Nile, but don't want her to be
the first. Poor Mick, he will be in my prayers too Kitty. Heartworm used
to be a Southern problem, apparently not anymore!
