Sometimes I am not sure how I keep the schedule I do.... my boss
feels bad
about the situation I am currently in, but there isn't anything
he can do
about it other than what he is. (btw, along with paying me, he is
also
going
to comp me hours so I can go unwind when this is over)
Free time to do what
you want is very important. I haven't had any lately, so I am
getting
very
crabby. I currently have almost 5,000 messages to decide what to do
with...
read, delete, respond. My goal was to get most of this done
tonight, but
after starting yesterday at 4:30am work, leaving early to drive
2.5 hours
to a
wake, late dinner, then return drive and getting home at
midnight, back up
and
moving at 7am to help mother, then off to lunch with friends, a
bit of
shopping, then home, made dinner, working on laundry, ... I am
about to
call
it a night. And I wonder why I am so tired!

Donna,I
could never handle the workload you have.
You're right. It's just that I'd
hoped this year would be better. The Hort
Ed did get me some help in a
couple of other things I do, but only because I
told him I wasn't doing them
this year - period.
I'm guessing if I can't get them to take certain
responsibilities, I will do
them because they have to be done. However, to
make up for all that extra
time, I'll forgo much of the group activity. I
really need to keep some of
my free time for myself this year.
