Re: so much for vacation....

Yeah- it's not pretty. Fun job for today is to find a decent rehab facility that she can't escape from (e.g. locked/alarmed, or something). It is amazing to me how mimimal the services are still for patients with dementia.

Got to TX last night. Got called at 7am here- mom fell, they took her by ambulancce to the hospital. Of course she broke her hip. Surgery will be 
tomorrow.  She's totally confused and in pain.  yuck....
