Sorry Theresa, this seems to have devolved into a rant on cell phones. I do realize they are beneficial, handy, little devices. It's just that most people seem to have overused and abused the convenience. As to your original question, I don't know much about the features you mentioned, but wouldn't a salesperson at one of those stores that are absolutely everywhere be able to help you?

Yeah, I have a real simple one too Theresa.  It's more for incoming calls
(mostly Swann & Elaine) than anything else.   I have my service through
Credo which donates part of their proceeds to charities, but it's more of a 
nuisance than a help.

Can't help you Theresa, mine is a plain jane phone call one which I have
had
for a couple of years.

When I had a business cell phone, it was aggrivating.  Someone always
calling. The one I have now is fine and can keep me in touch with friends 
and
family. I didn't port the number when I switched companies, so....I also
took
the long distance off my home phone since long distance is free with the
cell
phone.

They are great in emergency situations and everyone should have one for
that.
