Re: was fat birdies-now calamari

I, too, love calamari, but I ordered it one time in an Italian restaurant in D.C. and instead of the sliced squid in marinara I expected, got a huge, stuffed individual. It tasted great, but while I attempted to slice it, it slid right into my lap! My family still chuckles about that.
