Yes, Donna, it is something to worry about. To clarify though, I had the
impression that Ceres had little intention of moving and/or protecting
highest possible market value was not a priority. I am in the same
situation, my gardens might be a detreiment in selling my property because
this is a family neighborhood. But I intend to live out my life here. I
improved my kitchen for my own benefit, not for market value. Same for my
garden. I would prefer to enjoy my home to the fullest while I'm here
rather than worry about the loss of a few dollars down the road. I realize
not everyone has the luxury to think that way, but since I intend to stay,

extent to Ceres because of the pleasure she derives from her garden. To me,
that is more important than $$$.
