RE: morning/weather/gardening


Got to agree with Jim.... my home (not garden) has tripled in value
since I built it in late 97. 

Of course if I did sell it, it would cost me that much more to buy
anything. I am hoping never to have to move again... but seems like when
I get the inside and outside the way I want it, something comes up and I
have to move. The last move to build this house was based on a stroke
and not being able to do stairs well anymore(had a tri-level) to this
ranch home.
