RE: Flower Show

You're telling me!  I think we've got one pegged and then run into it at
a different source under another name.  I'm to the point on some of them
that I'm ready to just choose the name I like best from the list of
potentials.  Maybe my best bet would be to join the local H. society and
enlist the aid of those good folks.

No it wouldn't.  For one thing, the 'book' would be at leat 50 heavy
volumes.  
And each time you'd think you identified one, you'd find a minimum of 7
that 
look exactly like it - at least to you and me.  The experts might have a
better 
chance at identifying, but when you're talking 'every daylily in
cultivation' even experts would have a tough time!
