Here's a page that describes many Ginkgo cultivars

It says:
'Spring Grove': dwarf, very small and compact, about 3 m.

Of course, Ginkgos are very slow growing so it would be a lifetime befor
it reached 10 feet. The one we got for $45 eas about 18 inches from the
top of the pot. I don't know how old it was. I assume it's a graft.
