Pepper Question

  Some of my peppers are not looking good. They have rusty brown patches on
their leaves and some of them are yellowing and falling off. Could it be
from all the heavy rains we've had? They get full sun at least 7hrs or so a
day. Sun scald? This is only on a couple of plants. They all have a couple
of tiny holes, obviously something had a snack, but I inspected them all and
could find no bugs.
