I just can't wait- I'm going with my long-time friend who I went to Scotland with a couple of years ago. We have a cottage on a lake for the week. I plan to talk to no one in the US, turn of the cell, not look at a computer, and just RELAX!!

Oh no, brisket is a staple for cookouts down here. Lots of people cook them 
in smokers, no clue how they do it.  But it's quite tender and delicious
when they get done.
