Hi Kathy
	We are setting our trays of containers (5 pint size.. nothing
smaller) on the gravel along a stone wall on the east side of the greenhouse
out of the prevailing wind. I would not set them up on shelves... that
lowers the temps more... Contact with soil (gravel, blacktop, etc) out of
prevailing wind and double cover with remay. Pull the cover during the day,
cover at night. 
	More freezing temps forecast at night next week, but we will go
ahead and move plants out that have not been in a greenhouse all their life,
plants still dormant. Then we cross our fingers.
	Oh, and dry is better than soggy wet when cold hits.

if it would work to put some newly potted gal. perennials out on shade  
shelves and cover them with a row cover. These shelves are off the ground

2'. It is still getting down to slightly below freezing at night. What do
