The chain link goes well under the soil and is reinforced by bricks! If
I see him again, which I haven't - I will get some mesh to attach to the
fence to keep him from getting in. I did the other to keep stray dogs
and skunks from digging in here.
There's a leash law here in town but you'd never know it. Sugar is one
of the very few who abides by it because she has a responsible mama. The
authorities - police, animal control, etc. in this town are useless in
the extreme.
