The hoodlums that threw the cat did it with the phrase, "Have fun, dogs!"

I'm glad that I was there to catch. I only let the dogs out when I'm home, even though we have a fenced yard.

I'm not sure whether it was the same horrible beasts that poked a stick with nails in it into our old dog's eye. I suspect so. I hope they're in jail by now.
