Forgot to say, Pam that even though you've got to be at work early, putting lights on timers to wake you gently before it's morning can help a lot. I also bask like a lizard every afternoon for a bit if I have a chance. I've got a spot on my driveway that's in front of my car, so mostly hidden from the neighbors, but that gets as much sun as there is at this time of year. Even 15 minutes helps.

Yes I know they do, but I get to work so early (5:15) that I'm under bright lights early and that helps. Zem, you are anything but boring. And Daryl, I would have jumped off a precipice long ago if I were still up North. How
