I just saw this. I am so sorry.
I saw your note about checking out the animal shelter too. Hope you find a
special kitty (or even two).
On Friday my husband and I adopted a 7 month old Rottweiler from the
shelter. She is super hyper, a little small for a rottie, and about licked
me to death on the way home. No dog can replace my Roxie but there is plenty
of room for new friends.
