I am delighted to see so many familiar names. The list has been so very, very quiet.
Hello, everyone.
Daryl -in Georgia, where we are in our 42nd day of temperatures above normal. I'm not complaining since we still don't have a roof over our bedroom because a tree fell on the house.

If the rain hold back I've got to start cutting some things back, but there's always something blooming. The Maximillian Sunflowers have just recently begun to bloom, colchicums, some have come and gone but others to follow. October Daphne has her buds but not open yet. And the fall anemones are beautiful this year!

The arborist I had come out was completely useless- he just said to plant a Chinese pistache with no other ideas. The tree would get full south and west sun exposure. I was looking at Desert Willow and also Palo Verde trees as possibilities. Hoping some other ideas can be shared. Thx
