Sorry to hear all you are going through.  Had a similar problem with  my 
mothers' husband and his family when my Mom died.  Long Story, so I  wont  get 
onto it.
 
But most stuff was missing and I wasn't allowed to take anything, even  
though the will stated I get everything.  I did learn how to put a will  together 
after this experience.
