I've only grown extras from cuttings, and they often bloom the same year they are rooted. Thank you for the compliment. I fell in love with them when I moved to the FL Keys, and I hate that I have to take them in every winter. We are almost able to leave them outside year round -- just a little more global warming should do the trick. They are outside all across northern Alabama.

Hey Zem
From what I understand it takes about three years for them to start blooming and that was my experience here to.
By the way, you have some very nice brugs. I really like them and feel they are not appreciated enough. Nice pics you took. Does anybody know where they are native to? They seem to grow in many different climates.

Great site, Noreen. I don't know if my small plumeria will ever bloom, but it did grow a lot this summer.
