She should try some different foods on him and see if any of them make a difference in the vomiting. I went through quite a few before settling on Purina's Indoor Formula as the only thing one of mine could tolerate. Although if he just eats too fast she could try putting out just a little at a time.
They have water bowls that continually circulate running water for cats that like to drink from faucets.

Those of you who raise cats might be able to help my sister. She has taken on a young, declawed (awlful thing to do) cat who gobbles down food and then throws it up. It will only drink from a running faucet. She wants to get it to drink from a bowl and be able to eat without being sick. It has been to the vet and has gotten its shots.
