RE: Digest for Gardenwriters@topica.com, issue 396

Hi, all

I experienced an extremely huge gardenwriters digest today - over 70 pages,
and most of it was in that very long weird mime-format. Does anyone know
why this happens sometimes but not all the time? Eeeeek. 

And, in response to Mr. Ed Bloodnick, the gentleman who remarked about my
query re: not planting vegetables and perennials/shrubs in the same bed: it
was Dr. Elaine Ingham who put forward this idea and others, during her
keynote two-hour presentation at a master gardener update here in
Vancouver, B.C. about two years ago. She certainly had my interest.... but
she never did give us the magic compost tea recipe. My grandmother made her
own compost tea and manure tea ages ago (beef tea, too!?). It seemed pretty
easy to me.
