copyright lawyer

Does anyone know a good copyright lawyer? I am not a member of GWA right
now and this is not for a gardening book--it's for a book about Emei
Qigong. A student has self-published a book that contains about 70
percent of material that he stole, word-for-word, from copyrighted
material. He is now willing to sign a memorandum of agreement that he
will resubmit the copyright under both author's names and attribute the
stolen material. I would like to find a lawyer who could vet the
agreement to make certain that we are covering all the bases.
Unfortunately, I cannot assume that his intentions are good--this
couldn't have been a "mistake."

Thanks,

Miranda
