Thank you all for your advise and insight on the shared rights contract.  I
declined the contract and asked for a straight First North American Serial
Rights contract with $100 extra for electronic rights.  We will see what
develops.  In this case, the magazine wants my material more than I want to
sell it.  So....I figure I have the upper hand.
