Re: [GWL]: Shared Rights Contract

Carol's post was an excellent example (save it and refer to it) of the type
of analysis that should go into every contract with a publisher, regardless
of the type of market. It's a sad fact that no more compensation is being
paid for electronic and compilation rights (in most cases) than there was
before those rights became commonplace inclusions in contracts. This only
points up the need to jealously guard your rights so that any possiblity of
future compensation is protected.
