 Dear Sandie,

It's very hard to get plants across legally as they require a phyto sanitary
inspection and certificate to cross into the U.S.
They have to be planted in a sterile, soiless medium like Pro-Mix as no soil
can cross between the countries.

Unless you know before hand where you will be getting the plants and have
the company schedule Agriculture Canada to come in and inspect them and
issue a Phyto for you , it's impossible to get one on the spot.
