Regional magazines

Chicagoland Gardening was recently praised on this list (deservedly so). New England also has an excellent regional People, Places, Plants that has recently expanded with a Mid-Atlantic edition and a TV series with presenters Paul Tukey and Roger Swain. www.ppplants.com

Also praised on this list was Carolina Gardener, Northern Gardener, and a free one in Michigan. Florida Gardening was mentioned. What are other regionals you like? Besides Sunset and Southern Living which are huge.

At GWA Chicago I saw a recent issue of South Carolina Homes & Garden which had good garden articles (by member Anne Moore), and I understand the publisher Southern Homes puts out one for Tennessee and perhaps some other southern states.

I was sorry when Lili Singer's Gardener's Companion (for Southern California)ceased. Anyone like to comment on Garden Compass?

Rocky Mountain Gardener and Denver Botanic Garden's Mountain, Plain & Garden have ceased, but there is Prairie Gardens, and University of Saskachtewan Extension seems to be a success with Gardener for the Prairies.
