Impatiens capensis juice works against poison ivy for me. I'll have to try
it for stings and other ailments.
It is the tall one (2-foot or more) with spotted red/orange flowers and
explosive little seedpods. Here in the Mid-Atlantic region it is often found
growing in moist, shady places.
