Dee Nash

Dee Nash has been resubscribed to this listserv, because many members spoke in her defense.  She evidently didn't watch what she was doing at the LinkIn website, and it plucked all the email addresses in her address book.  LinkIn spammed the GWL list, not Dee.  It's an honest mistake.  

All sorts of red flags were set off on our listserv administrative site from her post.  I strive to keep our list spam-free and friendly.  It hasn't been easy lately, as the spammers are more devious.  We had to more the listserv administrator email to another server, because a spammer highjacked it.  This is the kind of stuff we deal with daily.

Thanks to all who filled me in on who Dee Nash is.  I don't know her personally, but I look forward to listening to her blogging workshop in Portland.

I also ask every listserv member to be careful when forwarding links, information off websites, etc.  There are a lot of nasty things out there.
