I had the very same problem when SBC/ATT instituted new security
measures. Newsletters and e-mails that I'd been getting in my inbox
for years all of a sudden ended up in my trash/spam folder. And, like
Lois, It has been very challenging trying to figure out what all I
need to do to make sure these messages get through.
