your opinions re: stolen from the web

A search of my website pages on Copyscape (http://www.copyscape.com/) just turned up a landscape company that used the article about Pruning, in it's entirety, plus a photo illustrating that article on the front page of their newsletter in 2004. I sent them a letter asking for payment, and they just replied that they've removed the stolen material from their website. So, fellow writers, do I do anything else about this or let it go? Your opinions, please!
Signed,
