Re: your opinions re: stolen from the web

Was the newsletter printed or an e-version?  Because removing it from  
the website doesn't undo the mass mailing of a printed newsletter OR  
(for that matter) 4 years of web usage.  I don't know how much luck  
you'll have seeking compensation but you certainly deserve it and I'd  
try at least a little more.
