 This theft wouldn't have shown up with an alert on my name because they didn't name me!  It only shows up through a search for exact text such as you can do on Copyscape. 

This piece wasn't written for someone else - just for my website, and they used it in an emailed newsletter to their list, as well as putting it on their website.
