Cost of publishing calendar

The historical society of small town Hiram ME is considering selling a 2011
calendar for raising funds. It would be black and white, 12 months.
Shutterfly offers do it yourself at $19.99 each, which is too expensive.

Some of you do garden calendars in glorious color, which is out of our
league, but I'm hoping someone can suggest publishers, lead time,
quantities, and cost.
