Re: Edible Flowers


Dear Dr. Parmar,

Thanks so much for writing to me. The edible flowers article is for a
northern climate, but some of my other work relates to flowers for Florida,
where Bauhinia species do quite well. I never knew that they were edible.
I'm also sending this information on to my friend Monica Brandies in
Florida.
