Re: USDA Leafy Greens Proposal


My solution to the greens issue is to plant seeds for large-leaved 
corn salad, and let a plant or two go to seed.  Last year one end of 
a raised bed was a carpet of green, and the next raised bed had a 
handful of small corn salad volunteers.  Now that bed is a carpet of 
greens.  Margaret L
