Article rights

Hello All,

Recently, a groovy on-line publication approached me about reprinting an
article I wrote a couple of years ago. They aren't offering money, but I've
already been paid for that piece, and I like this publication well enough to
do it gladly. regai I do have rights to the piece so I can reuse/share it as
I like.

Are there any issues I should know about regarding rights to the piece once
I've shared it gratis with another publication? Should I have a contract at
all? What are my rights regarding the piece without a contract, if I give
permission for it to be printed? Any thoughts on this would be most helpful!

Thanks -

-Kate
